CAMP INSTRUCTIONS

Camp location is: 2101 Primrose Ave. McAllen, Texas 78504
(corner of Primrose & 21st Street)

Camp times:

4-5 Years: Monday – Friday from 10:30 am - 12:00 pm

6-14 Years: Monday – Friday from 10:30 am - 1:30 pm

Note: We do not offer make-ups for missed camp days.

SUPER DUPER IMPORTANT
ENTRANCE INSTRUCTIONS:
EACH MORNING YOU WILL ENTER CAMP THROUGH YOUR SPECIFIC GYM DOOR, PICK UP YOUR NAME TAG, AND CHECK IN WITH THE ATTENDANCE COACH. (COACH WITH A CLIPBOARD!)

​IF YOU ARRIVE LATER THAN 10:45 YOU WILL NEED TO CHECK IN AT THE RECEPTION LABELED "MAIN ENTRANCE" AT THE CENTER OF THE BUILDING.

Our camp is a drop off camp but parents are welcome to stay or come in and out. Kids will have periodic breaks with a chance to hydrate and eat light snacks. We will not have long breaks reserved for eating a meal.

For your convenience we sell reloadable Gift Cards for our SNACK SHAQ Concession. You must purchase the gift card in person at the SNACK SHAQ in GYM B. We can hold on to the card for your child for the duration of the camp or they may keep it in their bag. We will label it at purchase time.
Students may also pack their own drinks and light snacks.
Kids should NOT bring any equipment, like their own basketball. We advise you not to bring valuable items. We are not responsible for lost items. In the event that something is left behind and we find it, we will hold it in the lost and found.
Participants should wear comfortable attire and appropriate sneakers.
For any special drop-off or pick arrangements please advise us in advance or at drop off. Students are not allowed to wait outside for pick ups.
To purchase future camps, you can log into the parent portal by clicking HERE or just let us know and we can add and charge any camp you'd like.
